RETURNS & SIZING

 

 We understand that sometimes things don't work out. In the event that you wish to exchange or return your purchase, the customer is responsible to pay all costs related to original and return shipping due to item not fitting, change of mind or incorrect ordering.

Journey + Crew will cover return shipping charged for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments.

If you would like to exchange your order, we will cover the shipping concessions for the exchange.

Return request must be made within two week (14 days) after the arrival of your purchase.

Your item must be returned to us unworn, and in the original shoe box for full refund.

 Please use the Contact Us feature onsite or email us at customercare@journeyandcrew.com with your order number within 14 days after the arrival of your purchase and we will provide you with further return details. Your item must be returned unworn and in the original shoe box.

Once we approve your return, please be sure to fill out and include the Return Form that we send to you via email, with your return package.

To Exchange your order, please use the Contact Us feature onsite or email us at customercare@journeyandcrew.com with your order number and your requested exchange size and/or color. We will let you know if your requested exchange is in stock and provide you with further exchange details. Your item must be returned to us unworn and in the original shoe box. 

Once we approve your exchange, please fill out the Return Form that we send to you via email and include it in your return shipment.
